win'd up

A humble idea ignited by necessity.
A love for good food and great wine with the obvious need to combine the two.

Pairing the right wine and exceptional spice combination with each dish is made simple by taking the essential base ingredients of any dish and concentrating them into various stock concentrates for convenient, tasty cuisine, chef.

Whilst your flavours "win'd up" on the stove, you can sit back and "win'd down".

"Creating a meal, is like creating a masterpiece. As the canvas is primed, so to are the ingredients. The focal point: the main ingredient, is centre-stage with a collaboration of colours and flavours, spun together in a framed, raw display for all to admire. Damned, yet delicate techniques, stroke away to reveal an exhibition of subtle infusions or bold explosions...each element imploring the salivating gallery's delight." - The Tipsy Tartess

It's a play. It's an art!

It is incredibly rewarding to be your own cuisine creator, grand chef dans la cuisine!

Relax.

Have a sip of wine and let's get down to business.
